Professional who meets the requirements of the DEA. The process is simple. Select your method of payment and then
fill out the form. Once you hit submit then the data is transmitted to us and
one business day later the application will be transmitted to the DEA
electronically. The Drug Enforcement Agency will then forward your DEA
Number to your work address within 3 to 5 weeks.
If your State requires a
valid Controlled Substance Number (CDS) then MedLicense.com will
administrate this process before the DEA Application is submitted. Once
the CDS Number is issued, then MedLicense.com will submit the DEA
Number Application.
For Physicians or Health Care Professionals
seeking to renew their DEA number, MedLicense.com can in many cases submit
and complete the DEA Renewal Process within 24 hours. The DEA Certificate
will be emailed and then mailed to the Physician within that 24 hour

$541.00 Fee that is charged by the DEA. The physician is responsible for the DEA's Fee. Please note that if you need to Renew your DEA
