MedLicense.com offers three methods of payment to our
clientele. For those who do not want to enter credit
card information over the internet we offer our clients
the option to pay by check or money order. If you
prefer to pay instantly over the Net then we accept
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or payment via PayPal.
Our fee covers the cost of
MedLicense.com administrating, processing, and proofing your
State Medical Board License Applications and related documents. Our fee does
not include the various fees charged by the State
Medical Boards, national boards, PGT Facilities, Medical
Schools, and other entities which charge physicians for
primary source documentation. These fees are not related to
MedLicense.com's administration fee.
Once payment is received, work will begin immediately.

Refund Policy:
Refunds
that are requested before the package is shipped to the
Doctor will be given at 100%. Refunds that are requested
after the package has been shipped to the Doctor will be
given at 50% if the refund is requested within 90 days
of the original order date. Refunds requested after 90
days of the original order date will be given at 25%. No
refunds will be given after 180 days of the original
order date. No refunds will be given after the
applications have been sent to each State Medical Board. If
the Client desires to switch States before the
application is sent to the State Medical Board then full
credit will be given from the original purchase with a
$100.00 deduction per each new State. There are no time
limits on transferring credits. |
