Minimum Educational, Examination, and Training Requirements:
1 - National Board Examination (i.e. USMLE, FLEX, SPEX, NBME, LMCC, etc.) or State Board Examination pre-1975
2 - Must pass 3 USMLE  Steps within 7 years. 3 Attempts allowed on USMLE step 3
3 - SPEX is required if National Examination was taken 10+years previous and if Not Board Certified/Board Certification over 10+ Years.
4 - 1 PGY (Domestic Graduates), 3 PGY (International Graduates)
