The Minimum Educational, Examination, and Training Requirements are as follows:

1-USMLE - Step 3 (6 Attempts). Must pass all steps in 7 years or 10 years if Board Certified

2-No SPEX Requirement or 10 Year Rule

3-1 Year of PGY (ACGME) for Domestic

4- 3 years of PGY (ACGME) for International Graduates

5 -ECFMG Certification (International Graduates)

6 -State Board Examination accepted if taken Pre-1975
