District of Columbia Medical Board
Filed under District of Columbia medical license, District of Columbia medical board
The District of Columbia Medical Board is not an efficient State Medical Board. Loss of mail is considerable with the DC Medical Board. The licensing times experienced with District of Columbia vary between 90 to 160 days depending on whether a Physician is a Domestic or Foreign Medical School Graduate. The DC Medical Board requires that all educational, training, and work history since High School be verified directly with the DC Medical Board. The DC Medical Board typically does not issue exemptions to their requirements. Included in the verification load is International Training and Employment. This can be quite daunting for an International Medical Graduate to over come. The District of Columbia Medical Board is going to require a letter from every place where the physician has worked no matter the location. Sign Up Today
