Terms of Service

1-MedLicense.com's fee is charged up front. When you submit the order request, the service fee will be charged.

2-MedLicense.com no longer accepts applications from Physicians who are currently under a suspension or revocation orders. We recommend that they contact another licensing company. The denial rate for these types of applications is almost 100%. MedLicense.com does accept applications from Physicians with suspensions or revocation orders if they are practicing and hold an active medical license which is in good Standing. To qualify, they cannot have any pending actions against their State Medical License. A higher service rate is charged for this type of applicant. See price points above. 

3-Price points posted above are  MedLicense.com's service fee only. Our service fee is in addition to any fees charged by the States or third parties. Any cost you would have had without MedLicense, you will have with MedLicense.com in addition to our service fee. The average Board charges $650+ for the application. Verifications typically run $175+ for the average physician. 

4-All Fees charged by the State Medical Board, Institutions, and 3rd Parties (court documents, translations, shipping, and etc) are paid by the Physician.

5-Refund Policy:   Refunds are provided at 100% until the Licensure Packet is delivered to the Physician. 50% once the packet is delivered up to 30 days after receipt by the Physician. 50% refunds are provided once the completed packet is returned to MedLicense.com for destruction. Once the application packet is returned to MedLicense.com and the application is submitted to the Medical Board, then no refund is provided regardless of the time involved.

6-MedLicense.com reserves the right to refuse service to any one. 

7-MedLicense.com reserves the right to terminate the licensing relationship with a physician if the physician or their staff becomes caustic or abusive during the licensure process with MedLicense.com's staff or the Staff of the State Medical Boards and/or FCVS. 

8-MedLicense.com does not warranty or guarantee the issuance of a license or specific time frames/periods in which a license will be issued. Application expirations are the responsibility of the physician. 

9-Medlicense.com does not pre-qualify physicians against the State Medical Board Requirements. The physician is responsible for determining their own eligibility with the State Medical Board(s) in which they are applying.

10-Any fees paid by MedLicense.com to the Boards or third parties on behalf of a client, which are then reimbursed from the Client's Credit Card, will see an additional 3% added to the amount due to reimbuse MedLicense.com for the Bank/Merchant Account Fees associated with credit card charges.
