Once completed, MedLicense.com will complete all the required State Licensure Forms and Verification request. These will be forwarded to you within 5 business for you to proof, notarize, and sign. Once this packet is returned to MedLicense.com, the application will be submitted to the required State Medical Boards and the Verification Requests will be submitted to the various institutions for completion. MedLicense.com's policy is to follow up with all verifying institutions a minimum of every 5 business until the various State Boards acknowledge that your application is complete.

Our fee of $549.00 (If you are a practicing physician) or $459.00 (If you are a physician in training) covers the cost of MedLicense.com administrating, processing, and proofing your Medical License Applications and related documents. Our fee does not include the various fees charged by the State Boards, National Boards, PGT Facilities, Medical Schools, and other entities which charge physicians for primary source documentation. These fees are not related to MedLicense.com's administration fee.
